Shipping Area

Vuka Goods currently delivers only within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery outside of South Africa.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Vuka Goods will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, order volume, public holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Customers in major cities may receive their orders sooner, while customers in outlying or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location and the estimated delivery timeframe.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery

Vuka Goods offers free delivery on orders of R380 or more.

To qualify for free delivery, your total order value must be R380 or higher before completing checkout. If your order total is below R380, a standard delivery fee will apply based on your location.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. After your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch and delivery.

You may receive updates regarding your order status, depending on the courier service used and the contact details provided at checkout.

Delayed Orders

While we aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 14 days, delays may occasionally happen due to courier delays, stock availability, high order volumes, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can look into the matter and assist you with an update.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days from the date your order was placed.

We will investigate the issue with the courier or delivery provider. If your order is confirmed as lost, undelivered, or unable to be completed, you may qualify for a refund.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your product does not reach you on time and you request a refund within 30 days of placing your order, Vuka Goods will review your request.

If the order is confirmed as not delivered, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that refunds may not be approved if the delay was caused by incorrect delivery details, failure to accept delivery, or if the customer cannot be reached by the courier.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full name, contact number, street address, suburb, city, province, and postal code.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, missed delivery attempts, or failure to respond to courier communication, additional delivery fees may apply.
